At WKSEX, we guarantee the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our products, we have strict hygiene standards.
Hygiene Exception (Strictly Enforced): For health and safety reasons, all underwear, shapewear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel are final sale once opened. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the original packaging has been opened, broken, or if the item has been worn.
Eligible Returns: You may only return items within 14 days of delivery if they are 100% brand new, unopened, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
